Hotel Terms and Conditions

Check-in and Check-out

- Check-out time: 11:00 AM
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Room Booking and Payment

- Room rates are subject to change without prior notice.
- A valid credit card or cash deposit is required to secure booking.
- Full payment is due upon check-in, unless otherwise agreed upon.

Cancellation Policy

- Cancellation must be made at least 24 hours prior to arrival to avoid penalty.
- One night's stay will be charged for late cancellations or no-shows.

Guest Information

- Guests are required to provide valid government-issued identification (ID card, passport, etc.) upon check-in.
- The hotel is not responsible for the loss or damage of guests' personal belongings.
